Privacy Policy

When you submit a form on the Site — contacting us, requesting a home valuation (CMA), downloading a buyer’s or seller’s guide, or subscribing to our market newsletter — we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, timeline, and anything you write in a message field.

This information goes into our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation. We use it for the purpose you gave it to us: answering your inquiry, preparing your valuation, delivering the guide or newsletter you requested, and following up about your real estate needs.

Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies that collect certain information automatically — your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you visit, and how you found us. Specifically, the Site uses:

• Follow Up Boss pixel— our CRM’s website tracker. It records site activity (pages viewed, listings browsed) and, if you’ve inquired with us before, can associate that activity with your inquiry so we can serve you better.
• Meta (Facebook) pixel— an advertising measurement tool from Meta. It helps us understand whether our advertising works and may be used to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta’s own use of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
• IDX listing search — our listing search pages are powered by IDX Broker, which sets its own functional cookies to run searches and saved-property features.

• To respond to your inquiries — usually the same day.
• To prepare the services you request, like a comparative market analysis of your home.
• To send you the guide, newsletter, or market updates you signed up for.
• To follow up with you about your real estate goals, in line with the consent you give when submitting a form.
• To understand how visitors use the Site and whether our advertising is effective, so we can improve both.

• We never sell your personal information.
• We don't share your information with other businesses for their own marketing.
• We don't send spam. Email lists you join have one job (e.g., a monthly market newsletter), and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — our CRM (Follow Up Boss), website hosting (Vercel), listing search (IDX Broker), email delivery, and advertising measurement (Meta, as described above). These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

If you engage us as your Realtors, information moves into the normal course of a real estate transaction — escrow, lenders, title, and our brokerage, Keller Williams Honolulu — as needed to serve you, and always with your knowledge.

• Email: unsubscribe anytime via the link in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Calls:tell us once and we’ll stop calling. That’s it.
• Cookies:your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. For Meta’s advertising specifically, you can adjust your Meta ad preferences or opt out of interest-based ads at aboutads.info.
• Access & deletion:email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll honor the request unless the law requires us to keep something (real estate transaction records have mandatory retention periods).

We keep inquiry information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship or a legitimate business need, and transaction records for as long as Hawaii law requires. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, but no system is perfectly secure — if you believe your interaction with us has been compromised, contact us right away.

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
