Realty Group

The work that backs the team.

Brokerage. Reviews. Wins. Trajectory.

MY Realty Group is a newer partnership in Honolulu real estate — and we’re transparent about that. We’re not pretending to be 35 years in the business. We’re building something deliberate, and the credibility comes from the work, the brokerage backing, the clients who’ve come before, and a clear forward path.

This page is what’s true.

The Brokerage

Backed by Keller Williams Honolulu.

MY Realty Group operates under Keller Williams Honolulu (Broker License RB-21303), the Hawaii arm of Keller Williams Realty — the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count, and consistently ranked among the top brokerages globally by transaction volume and training infrastructure.

That brokerage relationship isn’t a logo on the footer. It’s the operational backbone of our practice. Every transaction we run goes through KW Honolulu’s compliance, contract review, and broker oversight. Our principal broker, training infrastructure, and operational systems are tier-one — the same systems that support the highest-volume teams in Honolulu.

What this means for you as a client: when you work with MY Realty Group, you’re working with two Realtors and a brokerage system behind them that has handled tens of thousands of Hawaii real estate transactions.

Industry standing

Keller Williams is the largest real estate franchise globally by agent count. KW agents are consistently ranked at the top of the industry by transaction volume, training infrastructure, and technology adoption.

Hawaii presence

Keller Williams Honolulu has been operating in Hawaii for over two decades. The brokerage office at 1347 Kapiolani Blvd, Suite 300 houses some of the highest-producing agents in the state, across the full range of Hawaii real estate.

Training and standards

KW's agent training infrastructure (BOLD, MAPS Coaching, Career Visioning) is widely recognized as the industry's most comprehensive. Both Dylan and Maxs participate in ongoing professional development.

Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. KW Honolulu (Broker RB-21303) is the licensed entity backing MY Realty Group.

From Past Clients

What past clients have said.

Over the course of his real estate career, Dylan has earned 33 five-star reviews from past clients on Google. That archive represents real transactions, real clients, and real outcomes — and it’s the substantive validation that backs the work we do today.

We’re rebuilding our public review presence under the new MY Realty Group profile. As that profile matures, you’ll see new reviews appear in the testimonials archive. In the meantime, the historical record speaks for itself.

Dylan went above and beyond to help me find a home that fit my budget and my future. Even at 6 AM, he was answering my texts. Owning real estate felt impossible until he showed me it wasn't.

Kelsea I., Makiki

Dylan tells you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear. That's exactly what I needed from a Realtor.

Jason J., Past Client

Anytime I had a concern, his answer was 'don't worry about it — we'll figure it out.' And he always did.

Razzelle R., Past Client

Working with Dylan was the best real estate experience I've had. Genuine care, real expertise, and someone who actually picks up the phone.

Range: $345,000 to $1,885,000. Condo to luxury single-family. Sell-side and buy-side. Full-island coverage. The work isn’t ranked by volume yet — but the variety, the days-on-market discipline, and the price-point coverage represent what MY Realty Group is built to handle.

The Founding Statement

Why we built it this way.

Most Honolulu real estate practices grow up around one Realtor. The agent builds a personal brand, hires assistants over time, and eventually adds team members who funnel work back to the principal. The structure is solo-first, with infrastructure bolted on as volume grows.

We did the opposite. MY Realty Group started as a partnership — two named, licensed, principal Realtors built into the structure from day one. Both phones connected. Both signatures on every contract. Both perspectives on every pricing call. The infrastructure isn’t bolted onto a solo practice; it is the practice.

The choice was deliberate. Honolulu real estate transactions are complex, time-sensitive, and personally consequential for the client. A solo practice with assistants can do the work — but the client experience varies based on who’s available, who has bandwidth, and where the agent’s attention is allocated that day. A partnership with two engaged principals doesn’t have that variance. We’re both here, both responsive, both accountable.

Modern Upstart isn’t a marketing position. It’s the operating model.

We built MY Realty Group around a question: what would Honolulu real estate look like if the client got two engaged Realtors instead of one engaged Realtor and a layer of assistants? This is the answer.

Where We’re Going

The trajectory.

Recognition isn’t only about what we’ve done. It’s also about where the practice is going — and the parts of that story that are real to the people who work with us.

01

Volume growth, intentionally

Our 2026 target is meaningful growth in transaction volume across both sell-side and buy-side. The goal isn't to maximize transactions for their own sake — it's to grow at a pace that keeps our work product, our client communication, and our personal attention at the standard we've set so far.

02

Luxury Honolulu focus

Both Dylan and Maxs are increasingly focused on luxury Honolulu real estate — the $1M+ single-family and high-end condo segments where our brokerage backing, our communication discipline, and our partnership structure deliver the most value.

03

Community presence, built honestly

We're early in our community engagement work — and rather than fake a community-involvement section, we'll add to this page as we earn it. Board memberships, sponsored events, civic involvement — none of which we'll claim before they're real.

04

Press and external recognition, earned deliberately

We're not going to populate this page with paid press placements or minor mentions. As genuine press coverage develops — interviews, market commentary, feature stories — we'll add it here. Until then, this section stays honest about where we are.

The recognition we want to earn is the recognition we’ll keep. Borrowed credibility doesn’t compound.
